Before working on the game, you must be a dev, to be a dev, you must put a topic in dev requests with your best animating or spriting work. The admins will judge you and either say no or put you in the dev usergroup.

Post your work in the new topic only. For example, the character you make has to go in new characters. If you're a higher rank then a dev, your work automatically goes to accepted or completed.

Before starting a topic for a character you must make who made smash fan a dev without a applying? as well as stay puft. Im not mad or anything im just wondering. Why would someone be mad? just next time don't make someone a dev unless they make a topic with art.
3 animations. If it doesn't have 3 animations, it will be locked until it does. Or you can get away from it.
Only Admins,Moderators,Specialist can reserve stuff in their list, everyone else has to start it right away.
Making a topic about hating someone automatic ban
These are here until the warning bars are up. These are things you can do to get banned. Admins can ban you for these things:
-Pornography: 4 days
-Alts: 2 days
-Racist, Sexist, or any other unfriendly comments: 2 days
-Threats or inappropriate behavior: 1 day
-Flaming: 1 day
-Arguing with Admins: 6 hours
-Massive spamming through out each topic: 18 hours
-Constantly breaking the above rules: 2 weeks
