Pennylessz the amateur spriter joins the forum

Yep I'm here and probably not well known, but anyway I have some spriting skills.
I may be able to sprite for this if I knew:
1: What the title stands for.
2: How many bits to use (8 by 8, 64 by 64)
3: What is needed.

Most likely I won't be noticed or not have enough talent, in witch case I will just be an observer.

P.s what do you think of my picture?
(It's inspired by the awesome face Cubot that Will NOT be used in ssf2)

I should fit in pretty well here.
I know 8 bit has a specific color pallette so do you know where I can find one?
I was enhancing Simon's look, but I know my shades are not standard 8 bit.

P.s actually there was another ssbnes but it died.
I know the owner he will eventually get back to it and he's cleaning out his forum.
The game was not good but you could add in characters very easily with a special system.

no, they can make a different category mod and admin, mod being the highest, just need to know requirements to be AT, Mod, etc.

Lol that was an accident I've had to correct myself multiple times I meant to say Dev app. Thats sort of funny I almost typed Admin again.
The bomb was easy to sprite so, I'm gonna go post it.
But I'm probably not going to be back till Sunday since I have to go to my sisters house and the only cpu is broken.
